Every year Antioch Church gathers to celebrate and honor their volunteers who give of their time every week to help support the church. This year was more formal an event and we came to take pictures to commemorate the celebration of their volunteers. It was just before Christmas time and there was fresh snow out. The snow made travel difficult with one guest even turning sidewayss at the entrance because of the ice. The night had great food, trivia questions and of course the staff honoring the volunteers.

Our job was to capture the events of the night for the church’s use to promote the celebration next year. There were a lot of candid shots the whole night and general setting photos. The event’s host later made a request that shots from this event be in his promotional materials to attract more business. The church had spent a fair amount of time decorating and had created a beautiful setting for the evening. Caterers were hired to prepare food and a wintery photo booth was setup in a section of the festivities. The mood and setting was beautiful and one we were thankful to be able to capture. The night concluded with dancing and the guests visiting the photo booth.
