Ilana and Aaron are such a fun couple and we it was great to be asked to capture this special season for them. We began our session at their house in the living room with the light coming in through their front windows. I had Ilana start by herself on the couch for a few casual fun shots. We then brought in Aaron behind her to snuggle and get cozy together for some more fun shots. It wasn’t long before we ran out the door heading over to the shore. Across the street from their home was the beautiful Seward Park.

It was a nice brief little walk and when we got down to the water I took them along the shoreline together laughing as the waves splashed up onto them. I once again had Ilana for just some shots with her on the shore looking out. She the got in one of those dresses that are all open in the front. So after a quick wardrobe change she was back and we continued on with the solo shots of her on the shoreline. After we got a few different poses and angles in we got Aaron back in had him get close. They laughed together and smiled as we took photos of this beautiful Seward Park maternity photography session.

From the shoreline we went back to the house and did some photos in their room. It took a while to find the right lighting situation but we got it and made it work. We ended the session back in the living room with Star Wars shirts and more laughter.
