NEULEININGEN COUPLES PHOTOGRAPHY

Neuleiningen has been one of our favorite local spots to photograph at while living in Kaiserslautern. It’s not far from Kaiserslautern and has a great traditional german vibe to it. With cobblestone roads and some traditional timber framing architecture it’s perfect to capture the German vibes. It’s also got the remains of a castle (cool to see but not much there for photos) and is surrounded by vineyards. When the Albas began conversation they wanted romantic photos in a ruin setting. Neuleiningen was one of the options that came to mind and Francine was totally on board. Most of the romantic sessions I’ve done in the past have leaned more toward boudoir photos (which you can view on our boudoir photography website) so this was a fun challenge.

Our first stop when we met was at the bottom of a metal staircase that has a beautiful archway. Her green dress popped perfectly with the red brick and the vines growing on the walls. After that we walked around the corner and did some shots against the castle wall. There are some beautiful vines growing up the sides and makes this a great spot for some fun photos. Our next stop was inside the castle ruin portion where I had them love on one another and dance. Her dress was flowing perfectly and made for some fun photos. Before heading down to the iconic portion of this village we made a stop at the church. There was also a little cafe I had them walk together in front of before making our way down.

Once we got down to the popular spot I had them pose together holding one another. They brought some champagne and this seemed like the best spot to open it so that’s what we did next. They popped the top and let the champagne spray while they laughed together. They poured one another a glass and toasted! From there we walked down just a little to an overlook where you can see all the vineyards. After a quick shot there we went back and I had them walk together holding hands. From there we walked back down a pathway and made the shots a little more intimate. I had him pulling off the top of her dress and kissing her and then had her straddle him on the stairway. To wrap up this Neuleiningen couples photography session we went down the path and found a little private spot.

Down in this more secluded area we took some more intimate photos with him taking the top of her dress off and holding her chest. They definitely got steamy and that’s what they were after.
