With our stay in Ohio coming to an end we put some more advertisements out to fill up our schedule. Hannah got in touch with us through our website chat system and we struck up conversation from there. Our conversation initially started with getting some Cincinnati musician headshot photography for her as she’s an emerging artist. Pregnant with their second child we were presented with the challenge of creating images that could be used beyond pregnancy. As we were planning our session Hannah’s family and I talked about doing a family photography session.

Planning for this headshot photo session with Hannah we planned to meet at Lydia’s on Ludlow. She came along with her husband and firstborn and we got some photos with them throughout the session as well. We stepped outside and began our session in the alley right next to the cafe with her hat and guitar. From there we walked to the other side of the cafe and found a beautiful mural to shoot in front of. She jumped up on the wall in front of the mural and held her guitar while we grabbed some shots. On the other side of the open space there was a fire escape and I was able to pull it down for us to shoot on.

We all walked up the street from there and found an alley that looked intriguing. As we were taking photos in the alley I noticed a great looking staircase which turned out to be a great location to shoot at. We worked in this area for a while before walking up the street some more and shooting in a restaurant. On our way back down the street there was a beautiful looking apartment complex we shot in front of. There were some trees blossoming in the front area and it provided a great setting for our Cincinnati musician headshot photography. We had a great time and got some great shots with Hannah and loved working with her!
